What type of hair do you use?
All Lofeji Hair wigs are made from 100% human hair — raw, unprocessed, and sourced for quality. We use Vietnamese and Grade 12A Virgin donor hair depending on the style. No synthetic fibres, ever.
What is HD lace and why does it matter?
HD (High Definition) lace is an ultra-thin, transparent lace that melts seamlessly into any skin tone. Unlike standard lace, HD lace requires no tinting or heavy concealer — it simply disappears. All our wigs feature HD transparent lace for the most natural hairline possible.
How long does delivery take?
All our wigs are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. International orders vary by destination — see our Shipping Policy for full details.
How do I choose the right length?
We have a full length guide on every product page. As a general rule: 16–18" sits at the shoulder, 20–22" reaches mid-to-full chest, 24–26" falls at the waist, and 28" reaches the hip. When in doubt, size up — longer is always easier to trim than too short.
Can I return or exchange my wig?
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or worn items. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve it immediately. See our full Returns Policy for details.
Do you ship to Nigeria?
Yes. We ship to Nigeria and across West Africa. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times for your region are available at checkout. We also accept payment via Flutterwave for Nigerian customers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna (Buy Now Pay Later), Clearpay, and Flutterwave for African customers. All transactions are processed securely.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. We offer Klarna and Clearpay at checkout, allowing you to split your payment into interest-free instalments. Simply select your preferred option at checkout.
How do I care for my wig?
We recommend washing with a sulphate-free shampoo, conditioning generously, and air-drying on a wig stand. Avoid excessive heat without a heat protectant. Store on a wig stand or in a silk bag when not in use. With proper care, your Lofeji wig will last 12–18 months of regular wear.
