What We Cannot Accept

Opened, Worn, or Used Items

Due to the custom-made and hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on wigs or hair products that have been opened, worn, or removed from their original packaging.

Styled, Cut, or Chemically Treated

Items that have been styled, cut, coloured, or chemically treated in any way cannot be returned or exchanged, regardless of outcome.

Sale or Discounted Items

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

What We Will Resolve Immediately

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lofejiglobal@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item. We will offer a replacement or full refund for all verified cases.

Cancellations & Refund Processing

Cancellation Window Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order will have entered production and cannot be cancelled.

Refund Timeline Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
